I'm here for you.
I create a supportive space for my clients to be themselves in strengthening their on-camera technique, where they can mess up, and share the exact fears that come up for them in the process. On-camera coaching will help you move past performance fears and into authentic self-expression in the videos you create.
If you've dreaded coming across as unintelligent on camera, or thought things like: "I'm not attractive enough, I sound ridiculous, I don't know what to say once I press record..."
You're in the right place.

We’re in this together
My name is Michelle Kennedy and I help people break through their on-camera fears, so they can share their gifts with the world. We all have either a story to tell, a business to grow, or clients to reach, and harnessing the ability to share your work on camera and in marketing videos is a vital skill to have right now.
I create a safe space for my clients to try out different on-camera methods that work for them, where they can also share the exact fears that come up in the process. When we can say the fear out loud, it’s easier to put kindness around it rather than rejecting that part of ourselves. This practice has helped me, and countless others move past their on-camera doubts and into their power.
I love this work, because watching the transformation happen in people is a gift. I have more than twenty years of experience working as a television news reporter, anchor, host, actor and on-camera coach, and I would love to take this journey with you.Let's Chat!
"Michelle has helped me with producing social media videos to grow my aesthetic nurse injecting business and it’s helped me to relax more on camera. She showed me where to put the microphone and where to put my face in the frame of the shot. These simple actions make me look and sound better in my videos. Michelle is not only a great teacher, she has a way of making people feel comfortable with expressing the anxious feelings that come up when we are shooting videos. She’s been doing this video coaching for a long time and I feel grateful to learn from someone who has firsthand experience being on camera."
Laurie Peterson, RN/Aesthetic Nurse Injector
"I am more confident about creating video content as a direct result of working with Michelle. She did a masterful job of listening, which allowed me to open up about my fears of being on camera. Her approach allowed me to trust her as a coach who would be intent on making me better. She then developed an awesome plan to help me progress from being overly robotic, to being relaxed while in front of the camera. Michelle Kennedy is totally responsible for my newly discovered courage and confidence. I recommend Michelle for anyone looking to improve their presence on camera."
Kevin Wren, Certified Life and Performance Coach
"Michelle taught me how to set up my shot, lighting, and sound for presenting through Zoom when the pandemic hit. She also encouraged me to speed up my speaking pace at times to convey passion in presenting. From simplifying the background, to putting the camera at my eye-level, she helped me to deliver on camera in a professional way, all around. She is down to earth and easy to learn from— not only because she’s been working in front of and behind the camera for years, she’s also a fun person to work with."
